From this picture, can you guess whether is this still a poison arrow? YES/NO/DUNNO?

In my opinion, this Type C1 layout (see attached) is a typical Feng Shui nightmare.
What's bad:-
1. Toilet(s) next to main entrance - Fatal error
Fortunately, many of the condominium developments do not have a toilet next to the main door. The only other development, which I can think of that has this bad arrangement is the Regent Grove condominium. So far if I am not mistaken some of the units at Regent Grove are still available i.e. no takers.
2. Poison arrow aimed at Living room set - Correctable
3. Master bedroom is odd-shaped. - Danger for NEWLY married couples - leading to divorce
4. Bedroom 4 is odd shaped.
5. Chances are if this house has been purchased by a newly married couple, the chances of separation & divorce is very high.
It is preferred that newly married couples occupy bedrooms that are not of odd-shaped.
6. In my opinion, after 1 or 2 years of moving in, the breadwinner will be plagued with financial & marriage problems.
Recommendation: If you have all the money in the world, it is not worth spending it on this type of layout plan.
