Sims Ville Condominium was completed in 1998. TOP same year.
Developer: Sims Place Realty Ltd (CapitalLand) - formerly developed by DBS.
Tenure: 99 Years
Location: Geyland East Avenue 2
In my opinion, this condo has `several' landmines within it's vicinity, Chinese temples, mosque, church. The MRT track is also close-by.
If you intend to buy second-hand, do be m ore careful and take note of units that may be facing any of the above.
