In my opinion, becareful if you are looking at second hand units in this condominium:
1. The units are like in a butterfly design. Inauspicious shape. As butterfiles live a short life. (Real butterflies live for only 1 week).
2. Many of the units have toilets at the centre-point. (Inauspicious).
3. The entire estate is opposite the New Changi Hospital. (In my opinion, as time goes by, the influence of the not so new Changi Hospital would have an influence on this site.)
