TOP was in 1983. This estate is around 19 years old.
Tenure: 99 years.
Total units: 304
Comprising of: 2 bedrooms, Mainsonette, townhouse and penthouse.
This condo is in a `U' ( horse-shoe ) shape. This is suppose to be a good design. However, it is a pity that there is no water positions or swimming pool located within this `U' shape.
But rather, the swimming pool is to the right of the estate.

PS. PLEASE READ A FORUM MESSAGE IN THIS SAME CONFERENCE. THE TITLE OF THE ARTICLE IS: "IMPORTANT NOTICE ON EACH REVIEWS"
A real pity, here. Else, it would match some of the newer condominiums such as The Tropica Condominium in Feng Shui.
