Posted July 8, 200223 yr Staff Location: Jalan Mata Ayer & Sembawang RoadDeveloper: Centrepoint Properties Pte Ltd (Northspring Development Pte Ltd)Temporary Occupation Permit: Immediate Occupation - TOP early this year (2002).Tenure: 99 years Total Number of Units: 304 apartments.Comprising: Studio, 2 bedrooms, 3 & 4 bedrooms.All apartments no more than 4 storey high.Observation: Not in-favour of blue roof for the entire condominium project. Especially those units at the 4th floor.In my opinion, if you can, skip this development for other better selections.The average selling price is approximately $567 per sq feet. Studio apartments are from 68 to 82 sq metre, other apartments range from 88 sq m to 140 sq m for 2 and 3 bedroom types. 4 bedroom types go for 136 to 229 sq metres.As at to date, there is a banner hanging outside this condo advertising unsold units.In my opinion, condominiums of 4 storey height are rare finds. And many of such 4 storey high condominiums are basically sold out even before they are fully constructed and TOP. To reach TOP status with quite a number unsold units suggests - either the price is too high or SOMETHING else.Therefore, I personally feel, in particular, the blue roof, skip this IF you can.Warmest Regards,Cecil
Posted June 29, 200322 yr Staff Further to what I had mentioned earlier, it is such a waste that this is one of the few low rise apartments - unfortunately, the roof is blue.
