Posted August 3, 200223 yr Hi Cecil,I have made a wrongth iron gate.The base colour is black, and painted over with silver, but percentage black still can be seen a lot.My main door is facing southwest and painted in white.I am of weak fire element and east group.Need your advise whether the door and wrought iron gate is to my favour or not?Thanks
Posted August 4, 200223 yr Staff Dear Peck Wun,In my opinion, the wronght iron gate is in an acceptable colour. Posted August 12, 200223 yr Hi Cecil,Need your advise for the following:1.I told you my door is in white colour but be exact is actually off white (with a little geryish) is it still ok?2.Is it ok for me to (if I intent to ) repaint my wrought iron gate into brown colour?I am of weak fire and east group and door facing southwest.Thanks.
Posted August 12, 200223 yr Staff Dear Peck Wun,Frankly, there is no issue with trying to repaint the wrought iron grille.In many situations, unless, it is a major clash or the colours are out of the ordinary e.g. bright red or bright blue.The `natural' colour of what is suppose to be wrought iron grille colour is overall an acceptable colour. Since it has both gold and black. Gold represents metal and black represents water.
