My Year Element is Water but Time of Birth Element is Earth. Since Earth absorbs Water, does this mean I am born with bad fengshui. If so, please advise me of any remedies. Thank you.

In my opinion, this is a rudimentary way of looking at analysing Ba Zi.
Overall, what you did does not take into considerations:-
harms, punishments, double and triple combinations of elements (which some are good while others are not favourable to one's element.
Basic Ba Zi also includes, the Year, Day, Month, Hour of birth.
But professional Ba Zi has to include not only the above but also two other pillars : House of Life and House of Conception.
