at the office, there is a water fountain 6 feet behind me. there is a divider, about 3 feet that separates my back and the fountain. is this bad?

Water positions are often determined based on:
1. Shapes and Forms Feng Shui
2. Flying Star Feng Shui where metal elements e.g. #7 or #6 are present
In one or both of such situations, a sector may be enhanced with water e.g. water fountain etc...
