However, I personally feel that certain music are soothing to a person, and this does help a person relax.
In Singapore, for example, in certain Chinese bookstore, eg. The Commercial Press located at Victoria Street, have a small collection of music which was packaged for Feng Shui and Yin / Yang Music.
Some of these are quite interesting. There is one for relief of constipation, headache, overweight, stress etc.
For those who are in Singapore, you can find such music available in stores, even in Popular Bookstore at Bras Basah Rd.
