Actually, all shapes are good shapes, it depends more on who the logo is designed for. Say for a company the element of the person running the company is water, then their wealth is fire, thus sharp shaped objects such as triangle is good shape for it.
So for business logo, it is a little different. Often it has to be especially designed to cater to the competitors etc.
