Dear Hoa Luong,
Generally, at Geomancy.net, we focus on fixing the entire 20-year sector problems which usually affects the entire period.
The yearly star changes each year, so if you can fine tune the cures and fixes for each year you can obtain the best overall cures or enhancement for your home.
Note here that there are many people who worry that after 2004 their house will change to a period 8 house. This is wrong.
Flying Star focuses on the Birth chart of the house just like Ba Zi focus on the Birth chart of a person.
So for all those staying in a period 7 house (1984-2003), so long as you do not make any major renovation changes to the structure of the house, it will retain as a period 7 built house.
However, the yearly star will always changes, so depending on what stars falls into which sector, the balance of the sector will change a little. That is why you have some year being better than others etc.
So yes, if you should always check out what are the changes each year. If you have the paid flying star report, just login to your member account and regenerate the Year 2003 analysis to see if there are any changes you need make to fine tune your cures.
However, generally, once you fix up the 20-year problem, you would probably not need to worry about the yearly changes.
Hope that helps.
