Posted January 5, 200322 yr Staff Dear Users,Just a note to let all users know that, Cecil and myself are usually busies during Dec / Jan (particularly before the new year) due to lots of talks, e-mails, forum advice, consultation etc. Plus, Cecil is also busy working on the Quality Assurance of his new book etc.So please be a little more patient for the replies as we are clearing them as fast as we can (depending on the complexity of questions). Those, which require our personal attention before we can review, usually will take a longer time to reply.This website has grown tremendously such that we have over milions of visitors non-members, 350000+ for our Member Area Free tools, over 25,000+ registered for Forum discussion etc. So there are many e-mails / forum members seeking advice from us daily. When you have clicked on SEARCH, simply type e.g. Fish Tank, Toilet, bed etc...I am confident that you should be able to find what you may need to know. 3. If you did not highlight any specific conference, the SEARCH feature will automatically search all public discussion conferences. In the Free Advice conference alone there are already over 6,700 real life situations, questions and suggested ways to handle it.4.
