This is a truly exceptional development. A top view will show something like a two U's with one end of a U fused together to form a three protuding blocks:
These three ends of the blocks serves as protusions defending the units within its building.
This is known as three wood that fuels fire on metal.
Where the building has wood that helps fire grow. And this fire, `destroy's the metal (all round white) producing wealth.
Because of the three prong design, all frontage of the house receive wealth.
Anyway, if you do not have at least 2 million and provided the existing owners want to sell, you can forget about owning one of the unit. However, it is best also that the unit fits you first!
Note: This type of configuration is very, very rare in Singapore. Due to limited land area and very expensive real estate. Most developers instead prefer to build rectangular blocks `closely knitted together'.

CAUTION: Not all units receive good luck. Units that directly face west, may not be as auspicious, thou. As the afternoon sun can create some sha qi.
Usually best units are those with a North-South or South-North orientation as they are not bathed directly with sunlight.
