Posted January 13, 200322 yr Staff Dear Anon,1. It is always good to ask the following questions:-1.1. What is the purpose of Feng Shui?1.2. What are it's strengths?1.3. What are it's weakness?2. Please note that Feng Shui is only about the influence of Earth on our Luck (Earth Luck). 3. It is not a cure all for everything.4. Heaven Luck5. Perhaps, you can partially use Ba Zi (Pillars of Destiny or popularly known as Eight Characters) to look at our Heaven's map. And from learning it, help us look at our given luck situation. For example, look at the Luck Pillars (this comes under 10 years, 5 years and yearly and also monthly or daily.) 6. But monthly and daily is in my opinion too much a hassle. The closest to this is to look at Auspicious Monthly dates as this has daily dates etc...7. The I-ChingConfucious has given all of us a clue: " He mentioned that if he had another 50 years of life, he would certainly devote his time to learning the I-Ching hexagrams. "Most of the modern interpretations such as by James Legge, and several German persons, are merely interpretations.Some share companies have developed simple models of I-Ching predictive tools for the share market.Perhaps, you may want to look closely on the development of I-Ching.
