Office Door is 2 degrees in my Chuch Ming area

Dear Cecile,
I finally got the job of my dreams, however, my office door is facing East going 2 degrees toward the north (bearing in mind North East is my Chuch Ming area). I would like to know how bad is it and how can I cure it. Also if you can give me any further advice to enhance my carreer I will be very grateful. My Kua number is 4 and I am an East person.
