Dear Master Cecil:
I am the owner of the house in City A.
I have a job in City B. And I rent a house and live in City B.
I do not have permanent plan in City B; therefore, I rent a house there, although I spent 99% of the year in City B. I go home in City A for a visit for at most four weeks per year.
My "earth luck" is determined by the Feng Shui of my permanent home, where I spend less than one month per year, in City A or by the Feng Shui of my rental home, where I spend most time of the year, in City B?
Regards,
Anon

Dear Anon,
1. Feng Shui is not like the latest US predator remote control plan or using Laplink file transfer. Or it cannot be like the use of PC anywhere or Carbon copy softer. Nor telnet or weblogin.
2. Your earth luck will be determined by where you stay most of the time. In your description, this is in City B.
3. In another example: If one owns two cars, the car that one drives will `influence one'.
An Illustration: Volvo or Skoda?
================================
4. For example, if a person happens to own a Volvo and another car e.g. Skoda; and happens to drive the Volvo at that time. Fortunately for the person, he was lucky as he survived e.g. a serious accident but got away scott free in this car.
Perhaps, in another car, he may not be so lucky.
5. From this illustration, it is very clear that whatever one is `in it' be it a home etc... one's influence comes from or (surrounded) by it.
A miss is as good as a mile

6. As the saying goes "a miss is as good as a mile".
If a person bought a sweepstake or lottery and had just missed the winning number by even 1 or 2 digits, here, the current ticket cannot benefit the person. He MUST actually have or `own' the sweepstake drawer ticket - to be able to cash it.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
