Posted March 3, 200322 yr Dear Master CecilMy auntie intend to buy a resale flat which is actually two 3-room flatsknocked into one. Therefore, it is equivalent to the size of a 5-room flat. However, there will be 4 toilets in total since each 3-room flat has 2toilets.Toilets are bad feng shui if I am not wrong. If there are 4 in a smallflat, will it make feng shui worse?Pls advise should she buy such a flat?Thank YouEmily
Posted March 4, 200322 yr Staff Dear Emily,1. If you have a sketch, feel free to upload to the forum for confirmation.2. Often, this is not a major issue since most (former 3-room flats) have their toilets at the `back' of the house) - Usually one attached to the master and the second toilet sharing the same wall and close-by.3. 4 sets of such toilets does not necessary mean that it is inauspicious.4. Often, the benefit of the older HDB flats are that it is mostly rectangular - a good shapes and form. As well as the exterior of he building is a `stable' earth element shape.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 3/3/2003 10:04:30 PM, Anonymous wrote:Dear Master CecilMy auntie intend to buy aresale flat which is actuallytwo 3-room flatsknocked into one. Therefore, it is equivalent tothe size of a 5-room flat. However, there will be 4toilets in total since each3-room flat has 2toilets.Toilets are bad feng shui if Iam not wrong.
