Dear Cecil and Robert,
I would like to thank you for answering my previous feng shui questions.
I have 2 other questions.
1) How do you apply the 8 house theory for a 2 storey house. I have a house with a larger floor plan for the ground floor (because it has a garage). Do I take the 2 levels as separate floor plan and divide it into 2 sets of 8 house theory? This would mean that the center of the ground floor is not the center of the 2nd floor since the upper level is smaller. Please advise as this is a little confusing for me.
2) Is it more important to have the bedroom situated in one's best location of the house (but the head is pointing to one's bad direction) or is it more important to sleep with one's head pointing to his best direction (but the bedroom is not situated in one's good location). Hope it does not sound too confusing.
Thank you

Actually for Eight House, you don't have to worry so much about proper superimposing. Just use the eight directions and take the center of each level. For Eight House, I find that the Pie method rather than the nine square method is easier to use.
The Pie method is to have 45 degree angle for every direction starting from the center.
If you use this method, you need not worry about having two sets of layout. Also it clearly tell you the direction whether good or bad.

If you have a choice, try to locate in a better room, and try to face in one of the better directions, avoid the death and disaster.
But of course, this is not as accurate as the Flying Star which can actually tell you if there are inauspicious influence involved.
Without that, you have to use a little of your personal instinct, such as whether you feel comfortable.
Most important, you feel comfortable and there are no sha qi occurring from any of the environment while you are sleeping. That should be fine.
Warmest Regards
Robert Lee
