Dear Users,
We apologise if you had been facing difficulties accessing our website the past few days due to the server becoming very slow and sluggish.
We have identified and fixed some server problems causing the website to be extremely slow in the past few days and even unaccessable.
We have also off-loaded some components of the server to separate servers to improve the performance of the website.
