1. Need your advice on the attached photo.
2. Understand is bad to have tiolet in the center of the house. But now all new flat build by hdb have got tiolet in the center.
3. Is it really so bad, even if 01tiolet have got 1 wall as the external wall and the other have got 01wall facing the washing area.

No, it is not necessarily true that all new HDB apartments have toilet at the centrepoint. There are many which have a bomb shelter at or close to the centrepoint.

Often, a toilet at the centrepoint is considered as one major leak. It is akin to having a fractured arm even before moving into the home.
It is because of such a leak plus additional leaks such as the house is not suitable to the breadwinner etc.. that will give problems later to the breadwinners.
I must stress therefore, that often; it is not just one leak but several leaks that cause a problem.
