Dear Cecil,
I wish to seek your advice as my house main door is facing WEST and there will be contractor digging the road in front of my house to lay the pipe.As i had read an article mentioned we must not disturb or dig the ground on the WEST to activate the negative energy.Any cure?Plus i am a weak wood person and i need water element ...any suggestion on the cure or enhances.Thank you in advance for your valuable reply.

Dear Alvin,
In my opinion, Tai Sui or Grand Duke location is at South South West or 210 degrees this year. (And not exactly at true West i.e. 270 degress.)
If you have a compass, do check whether the direction is 210? If not, then no issue.
