I am an East person..but at the moment my office room table faces the North East which is my Death Position. I can't manoeuvre the table further as the door is to the West and changing to my good position is not suitable as it will mean that my back is to the glass window etc etc.
Any suggestions or is there any lucky amulets/charm that I can place to deflect this problem?

Under the Eight House Theory, there is relatively, nothing much else one can do other than try to face a favourable direction.
In fact, having one's back to a `glass' wall is not necessarily bad so long as there is a back row cabinet behind us. Usually, this cabinet is at the same level as our side partition. This is symbolic of a mountain position.
Often, other objects (placement of charms or figurines) in most cases are more of Ren Cai or Human Luck factor. This affects us mentally than - as a charm or help.
In fact, nowadays, our table have little real-estate given that we already have a monitor or keyboard and mouse.
