New Generation HDB sites - Punggol

Dear All,
Punggol (Edgefield plains) Govt Housing Development Board flats (HDB)
Many of these new generation HDB flats face each other. Many are entrapped i.e. in very close proximity and has no view other than looking into other apartments.
This is the general area where all these new flats are clustered together:-

Not all face inwards, but it seems a majority are facing each other. Air flow is often at the mercy of specific timing or sometimes, it just flows past some units.
Many of these flats TOP in 2002 and lots more TOP this year and the next.
Generally, many of the apartments here (are not my cup of tea).
