Expected TOP: 31 March 2007 (but often can be completed within two plus years from now - better confirm with developer as this is only my opinion :)
Units: 201 units comprising a mix of 3 room apartments, 2 rooms, 1 rooms. And 12 food and beverage outlets.
This is one of the most interesting condominiums around that are available for purchase this year.
Please look at the attachment: thepier2a.gif - Look carefully and you can see the profile which I added in RED. Do you see a visible auspicious symbolic CHECK (YES) mark?
