Posted June 19, 200322 yr Dear Master Cecil:There are many time zones around the globe. A certain time on a certain day in China is a different time and possibly a different day in another country. And there is man-made "daylight saving time".For people were born in countries other than China, do birth date have to be converted to "China Standard Time" and daylight saving time have to be set back to normal time in order to analyze Ba Zi and Feng Shui?Regards,Jen

Use the time whenever it was. Daylight saving situations should subtract the amount of time added during when it is used. E.g. April onwards till October (or whenever it is), subtract 1 hour. Whilst during the other time, keep it as it is.Regards,JenKam
Posted June 20, 200322 yr Staff Dear Jen,I do agree totally with Kam.Please do a SEARCH in this forum for `time-zone' considerations. Robert and myself had posted several reasons why it should not be changed.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 6/20/2003 11:48:57 PM, Anonymous wrote:On 6/19/2003 8:25:05 PM, Jen Tuckerwrote:Dear Master Cecil:There are many time zonesaround the globe.
