A wind chime war with neighbour

Dear Cecil,
I just bought a six rod hollow metal windchime and hang it in SE sector. Soon,
my neighbour hang one with 5 rod hollow bamboo windchime near my windchime.
Since that sector is more windy, we may say there is a windchime war. :)
Do you think my neighbour's windchime could be considered a threat to my SE
sector?
FYI, my windchime produces more loudly sound considering it is about 1 meter
length. For that big windchime, I paid $5 (compared to those at FS Emporium
sites, it's cheap).
