Hi Cecil,
The house that we are planning to buy has the front door face a tall light post between the houses across the street. Please see the attached bitmap of the layout for more info. Let's me know should I avoid buying this house ?
Thanks,
Rick

Dear Ricky,
1. Please note that my comments are based on the rough sketch.
2. In my opinion, if the two neighbour's homes have sharp-corners aimed at your home (as shown in the illustration); then; the lamp-post is the least of the worries.
3. In my illustration, in addition to the corner of the two neighbour's home `attacking' your home i.e symbolically showing an `X'; this is pretty bad.
4. In addition, because of the narrow opening between the two neighbour's homes, this has created a very inauspicious narrow compressed vortex.
5. Vortex (qi) or I called this Vortex-Qi is highly unbalanced and very unfavourable to the owners.
6. Please, try to find out what is the rationale for the owners selling their home? (Often, we may not get the correct answers).
7. NOTE: As mentioned earlier, I base my comments on just your simple sketch only.
8. If some of the information provided is inaccurate or if the corners of the home does not `cut-into' your home, then, please let me know.
9. Going forward, at this point, if it is me; " I WILL AVOID PURCHASING THIS HOME - LIKE THE PLAGUE - GIVE ME FREE ALSO - I DO NOT WANT!"
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

Hi Cecil,
Thanks for the advice. This is a brand new home site still unders contruction. I based the information on the blue-print layout for the property provided by the builder. The way all houses are built to be facing between two opposite houses similar to the picture I sent you. Based on your advice, I would look somewhere else to buy house. Thanks again for you advice.
Regards,
Rick
