I am looking for a 3 room flat in the resale market. I found a unit in Jurong West and the location is good as it is near to MRT and Market. But of 2 limitation
1.The entrance door is facing the East as my ideal location is West.
2.There is a poision Arrow that arrow through my rear master bed room window and arrow to my bed. The Location of my bed is in South West directions.
Master Cecil, Is there any solution to solve the poision arrow problem or the house is not suitable for me?

I strongly believe that Feng Shui is not only just the interior but equally or more important is the external Shapes and Forms.
2. Even if we are looking at the interior,we should also look at the layout plan. For example, safe shapes are layout plans that are rectangular in shape. Look out for the toilet locations etc..

Here, if one wants like to trickle in, a simple day curtain or even using sun-ex films can be used; such as an opaque film.
Where possible try to find out what is the rationalefor theprevous owner selling their unit (if possible).
