This is one of the few developments in Singapore that has an arch:-

The advantage of this type of layout plan is that it is purely an earth shaped. But the main advantage is that the lower floors (except for the penthouse) is much like any other `point' blocks. Here, air or qi can flow thru and around each of the blocks.
This is to allow `dragon' qi from the land to pass thru it ..
