Dear Manuel,
Can I check with you what is the concern you have about your bedroom door facing NE.
Under Feng Shui, often, our main concern has to do with the `mouth' of the house i.e. the main entrance door.
But as for the bedroom door, it should be looked at in a holistic way i.e. the entire bedroom inclusive of the windows, and shape of the room/attached toilet? etc.. And with this information, we can then better work out the best placement of the bed.
