Rosewood Condo
Location:Junction of Woodlands Ave 2 and Woodlands Ave 1
Lease: 99 years
Expected TOP: 31 July 2004 (middle of next year)
Developer: Centrepoint Properties Pte Ltd
My comments:
1. In general, majority of the units are aligned around the North-South or South-North configuration.
This is generally good considering the fact that a North-South or South-North homes often have relatively good light source all day round. - Without directly facing West or East.
2. Please refer to the site plan below:-
Site URL: http://www.rosewoodcondo.com/siteplan.asp
I will not cover all units but, units at #13 and #14 are particulary advantages based on two areas:-
3. Shapes and Forms Feng Shui
It is well placed to collect good qi. In particular #14 has an extra bonus of qi flow coming from the side.
4. Flying Star Feng Shui
Under Flying Star Feng Shui; units with frontage facing in particular:
Most likely unit #14
20-Year Reigning Period: 8 (2004-2023)
building facing direction: N1 (345)
If the block/balcony faces 352.5 to 7.4 degrees, this block has very favourable Flying star frontage of
mountain #8 with #8 water star and base #4.
Especially under Period 8, when this condo is ready, it implies that with the water position (outside of the home) swimming pool, this is considered a very auspicious home.
In addition, one can even have an option of having a water feature at the balcony area.
For example, a landscape at the left wall (to simulate a mountain) can be added a the balcony and another water position or fountain can be used to activate water at the right wall. (If we stand in the living room facing the balcony!)
To be continued under Part II.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

Part II:
20-Year Reigning Period: 8 (2004-2023)
Block direction: S3 (195)
Compass direction: 187.5 to 202.4
For units along 20, 19, 24, 23 and 28 and 27 and should it qualify for the above, can also be equally auspicious.
Since, under Period 8, where these homes will be Period 8 homes: under this Flying star Feng shui, S3:
mountain star is = #8
water star = #8 with base = 3
Implication:
[8] & [8] - Prosperity, good wealth. Therefore, considered very auspicious under Period 8.
For a #8 with #8 and base 3, facing the water position, do allow for clear space e.g. such as the balcony facing virtual water (clear space).
For units that qualify under this area, DO not block the balcony with too many things e.g. clothings, water positions. It is best to leave the balcony - clear space under this 8, 3, 8 combination.
I do hope you had `hit-the-jackpot' if your home should qualify under Part I or Part II:)
If not, the development has been pretty popular given it's North-South and South-North orientation.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
P.S. Please note that for those who currently own homes built under Period 7 or earlier cannot automatically enjoy Period 8 influence based on these two situations Part I or Part II.
If your present home satisfy this condition (period 6, 7 home), you SHOULD seriously consider making your home a PERIOD 8 home to enjoy this influence.
