In terms of Feng Shui, these are `point-block' type of condo. 3. And, point block condos are, in my opinion, has better qi flow and `points' of entry of qi in and out of the unit(s).4. The major consideration is that although this is a `point block', it does not have the rectangular point block feature. A rectangular point block often has at least `three-points' of qi flow e.g. balcony, various bedrooms and kitchen or back area. And a forth, qi flow coming from the main door.5. But the condo does allow for exceptional length of `frontage'.6. As for individual units, it would have to depend on the facing direction of the Flying Star school, for the selection of better units.7. NTUC is a relatively new comer and often, has poor information of their development on their website. For example the site plan does not have the north-south marking; and I believe, there are no sample - internal layouts to look at. 8. But based on preliminary look, the units facing the swimming pool would normally be best. (But, needless to say, these units are always sold at a premium compared to other units. (In Singapore, Feng Shui is related to or equal to the price we are prepared to pay!)9.
