i would like to put paintings in my bedroom on the north, east and south walls. please help me choose feng shui friendly paintings! thanks

Frankly, in Feng Shui, there is no specific need for `special' paintings all around the walls in a bedroom.
If you have posted this message to a "Feng Shui emporium", I believe, you will be happy `slapped' with various items to buy on their site.
In Feng Shui, one key success factor is "clear space". And cleanliness. I am not saying that hanging paintings is not `clean'.
But for those living in Asia, and at low floors, such as 1st to the 4th storey, there are such insects / reptiles as : lizards.
Often, if one has three paintings, at night, one may just get a glimse of a few `fat' lizards, coming out of the hiding of various paintings to catch their bait.
Nowadays, I understand that even in many condominiums, those with rough rocky walls, many new generation lizards or geckos, are able to do some `rock climbing' and climb into such homes.
In fact, the question is: If one likes paintings or pictures, please by all means place it in the bedroom. And not because that "Feng Shui" says so...
In fact, locally, many couples often ask during their new home Feng Shui: Can we hang our wedding photos in our bedroom?
"Sure why, not. Even better if the portait has the wife pulling the husband's ears.. erh.. no funny tricks!"
Here, everything either of them comes into their bedroom, perhaps deep down in their heart: the picture or portait comes as a gentle reminder: "OH MY GOD! I am stuck with him/her... fooling around means, he/she get's half of my property!"
