where she is currently staying now.
can you comment on the shape and form FS in this area.
it seems that this place is in quite high demand. does
it got to do with the shape and form FS in this area?
we bought the centre corridor unit on the 17th floor,
which is facing blk 125.

Dear Kenny,
Glad to hear that you had finally found an apartment for your family.
In general, as you had mentioned, the flats, here in particular 112 and 111 is pretty popular as resale apartments.
In my opinion, there are no major issues with regards to the external Shapes and Forms for 125 since it is over-looking Henderson Park. Quite a safe purchase, indeed.

If your unit is marked by the red star, it seems OK to me. Since external air-flow around the entire block is acceptable.
