My house main door is at the Left corner and facing SE. How can I locate the N,S,E,W direction. My neighbour main door is at the Right corner also facing SE. Is my neighbour N,S,E,W direction the same as my house?

The key to your "concern" is the centrepoint. The centrepoint or centre of gravity of the home is like the heart of a home.
If you really cannot find the centrepoint of your home, you may have to obtain a copy of your layout, glue it onto a cardboard paper.
If the home has many indents, cut out the outline. And balance it on a nail or pin to find the centre of gravity or centrepoint.
After finding the centrepoint, the easiest is to stand at the location of the home where the centrepoint is suppose to be.
Using an ordinary compass, look where the north points to. Here, once you got the orientation of the north, south of your home is behind this etc....

Therefore, you do not need to be `concerned which corner your neighbour's house face or orientated, to. Simply just concern about your own unit: The saying goes "Mind one's own business:)"
One should only be "a mpsey parker" is to see if the neighbours is/are a threat or not.
Even better, if one is building a new home:
"A home can be a good home. But what distinguishes it being an excellent home is that is able to "suck" wealth from the surrounding neighbourhood. - this amounts to a Quantum Leap" in Feng Shui.
