i know that water is weak in the autumn, but when is it strong... what is the cycle of strenghts and weaknesses for elements?

Water is strong in Winter.
Wood = Spring
Fire = Summer
Metal = Autumn

What about the numbers used for the 5 elements.
For strong metal = the number 6 ...
eg. six I-Ching coins for strong metal.

What about the rest of the elements?
