Hi,
I am confused on the selection of wedding dates. I have select 10-Oct 2004 from a feng shui master. But recent someone told me that that day is a ???? day from the Chinese Tong Shu which is not good for wedding.
Pls kindly advice as now i am confuse as I have already book the wedding dinner.

Dear Anon,
The situation you faced is often very common.
This is because one must understand:
1. The Tong Shu dates are often very general advise. Since it is not customised to the couple(s).
2. Many Feng Shui practitioners look into the couple's ba zi to see if the date is suitable for both (or not).
3. In addition, it is good to check whether the date is suitable for the parents and parents-in-law. If not, one way is to wear some colour(s) that is favourable to their ba zi.
4. Cannot interpret the gabbled posting "????". Most of the time, Chinese prefer not to get married during the 7th lunar month.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
