I have a child 4 years old
1) Born on: 2000 Sep 4 9.30pm
until know still not able to talk and still behave like a baby , pls help me whether Ba zi can explain and reason and any cure .

Dear Yak Heng,
Frankly, it is better to go to a doctor or specialist for check-up rather than rely or depend on Ba Zi, in this case.
