bed facing door and missing sectors

I have my bed facing the door. It will not fit any other way. The room is small. Any cures?
Also I have two rooms with missing sections. In our office, we are missing the NE section. Using the sections arranged with the door as career section, it would be the helpful people section.
In the bedroom, we are missing the SE section. Using the sections as arranged with the door at the career section, it would be the creativity/children and the helpful people sections that are missing.
Any cures for these missing sections?
