Dear Sir
I m having a lot of problems with the recently new Management. They seem to be making life difficult for the more older staff. Seems they want to change everything. All the Top and Senior Managers including the Managing Director have left - either terminated/resigned late last year leaving only me. As for the office, sales and production staff, more than 2/3s have left or were terminated. I am 49 years old and trying to find a similar job But so far to date have not been successful. My birth date is 5th Nov 1955 and 04.20 am.
Pse advise.

Yes, in Singapore, anyone especially middle management staff who are also over 40+ often have difficulty finding another jobhttp://www.geomancy.net/wbimages/smiles/icon_sad.gif
For the time being, unless you really have another alternative, have no choice but to "REN" or be patient! What is worse-off is without a proper job.
Look at it this way, everyone will have to grow old someday and these people who treat the "elderly" will no doubt share the same or even worse fate!
When the tough gets going, you simply have to gain courage or even get support from close ones especially family members!
But most of all, don't despair! Do your best!
