am considering buying an aprt with the toilet located at the centre. any way of curing this leak? will changing the usage of the toilet help. However the walls will be still there. can you recommend what type of room i can convert this original toilet area to?Thanks

Basically Feng Shui is about maximising all area. Toilet in Center of the house is one factor in the analysis. Though, this isn't considered the best house to have, but as long as you fix up and improve all other luck areas, you can thus offset this inauspicious influence.

Frankly, there is usually no way you can change the room into another room due to the way the pipes are laid. This is especially so for an apartment.Frankly, there is very little cures except to improve other areas of your luck.
