A developer of a housing estate had reserved a unit of house for his own brother. However, his brother pass away before singning any Sales and Purchase agreement. Now the house is open for sales. Do you think it is good for me to purchase this house ?

For your infor, I've visited this house and I like it alot.

Personally, this looks like a non-issue

Often, a home has to be lived in and not govern via "remote-control".

Since, he did not even sign the purchase agreement, the house is simply not his
