I am a strong wood person. My MFE is Fire, FE is Metal, MUE is Water, UE is Wood and finally FWE is Earth.

In my balance of elements chart I have 11% Water, 35% Wood, 44% Fire, 0% Earth and 8% Metal.

Your recommendations which I find it confusing is 1) Have more of your Most Unfavourable Element (Water)and 2) Have less of your Most Favourable Element (Fire). Please advice.

How do I apply the elements in my daily life? Can I wear a square cut yellow citrine on a yellow gold ring to activate my wealth element (Earth)?

Dear Anon,

Actually specific part of the analysis has more to do with the tradition of Chinese naming convention. Or often, this area is used by Geomancers when one is considering "changing" one's name.

Here, for example, you have zero percentage of earth element in your birth chart.

For the Chinese, we have a Surname and often two other last names.

For those who are newly born e.g. an infant, when chosing a name, a geomancer will usually try to see if an "earth" character can be added to the person's name. Since you already have 44 percent of fire element, where possible the geomancer will try to avoid adding "fire" or a character with fire in one's name.

Therefore, this component or analysis has more to do with the above.
