Hi

Would like to find out when is the 2005 chinese almanac coming out. My husband & I intend to hold our wedding in the 1st half of 2005 (after Chinese New Year)so we need to book for hotel banquet now. Apart from using the chinese almanac, is there any other method of finding auspicious wedding dates as we're running out of time . Please advice.

Dear Zan,

For many years now, usually, you should be able to purchase the 2005 Chinese alamanac during the Chinese 7th Lunar month. Since this is often the time, the publication comes out of Hong Kong to Singapore.

(Usually, you should be able to buy this 2005 alamanac from middle of August 2004 onwards. And once it is out, you can easily buy it from any HDB neighbourhood incense shop).

If you can wait until then, no issue.
