Posted August 13, 200421 yr Dear Cecil:1) If the wall next to the front door extends to the second floor, and this same wall becomes the wall for the bathroom on the second floor, then, is this second-floor bathroom consideredNEXT to the front door?2) If the aboveis true (meaning the upstairs bathroom considered next to the front door), then it will "kill" a good fengshui house even if the house has excellent facing and excellent front door direction. Is this a true statement?Thank you very much as always,Hoa

However, in many home layouts, it is very often common to have a toilet at the second level close to the frontage. This is less important than say the toilet directly at the frontage of a home.
