Beside the unit i'm living in, there is a power control room. Every now and then, one can hearbanging sound in clock ticking motion from the room. As ioccupy the front bedroom, the soundis soobvious especially at night. I'd have sleepless nights and sometimes headache ever since moving in a month ago.Is that considered a "sha chi"? If yes, what can i do to improve the situation?

Dear Huey Ling,

Yes, this is classified as "human sha qi" especially if we continue to consider it annoying.

However, hopefully, you should get used to it. Perhaps you are a light sleeper. Some of us sleep like a "pig".

Is there any way of changing room or alternatively a cheaper method is get a pair of swimming ear plugs. Hopefully, this can help a little.

Alternatively, some of us play soothing music prior to sleep or drink a glass of warm milk.

Warmest Regards,
Cecil

P.S. Apologies, I am afraid, these are not Feng Shui cures. Perhaps, some are grandmother cures.
