I have one more question that I forgot to ask you last time. Our basement is unfinished right now. But since our oldest son is getting older and my wife thinks he needs to have his own bedroom. We're thinking of finishing the basement and adding new plumbing, so we'll have a bedroom and a bathroomin the basement. Will thischange move the house flying star to P8?

Dear Anon,

In my opinion, this can be quite "tricky".

For example, if it involves a major renovation to get the entire basement upgraded, there is a likely chance that your home can change to period 8.
