Dear Josephine,

If the home is facing 75 degrees then under Flying Star Feng Shui, it is considered as a East 1 chart.

Currently, this home is considered as a Period 7 home, E1.

If the home is maintained (no major renovations done), then this home can take advantage of #8 i..e. a water position at NE (water star #8) and SE (which has an auspicious mountain star #8 at this sector) to boost the wealth of the home.

Other then this, one may consider "flying the home to Period 8, depending on the interior layout and star chart numbers of Period 8 to see if it is better than the current Period 7 chart.

From the Shapes and forms point of view, the home is relatively in a "grid" and looks like all homes in this area is "flat". And thus on average, is acceptable - Shapes and Forms.

Warmest Regards,
Cecil
