How can I get or figure out the best luck,for our home,my husband& I. We have a home we are trying to sell and have had no takers. It is almost all vacant, and we need to sell it yesterday. How can I improve our good luck fortune to make it sell faster and improve our future business luck?

Dear Terri,

In terms of selling a house, there is very little you can do using Feng Shui except to make the house look nice and clean and make a list of what are the benefits (ie near MRT etc). The only thing you can use Feng Shui if there are any good benefits based on feng shui to add value. Otherwise, nothing much you can really do.

The other area which you can attempt to improve the luck is individually. ie based on your ba zi, ie a strong water person, so for example. You can try to wear more favourable colours ie Wood (green/brown). Improving your own personal luck may help a little. But ultimately still depends on your house location and factors. More than Feng Shui.

As for improving your business, use the free ba zi report to determine some what element of career will bring you most amount of luck. But still for business, it is important that your business must be sound. Otherwise, no amount of feng shui can help.
