Several Issues to be addressed

This will be rather lengthy but I have several issues that need to be addressed. I am moving upstairs in my mother's house. My bedroom faces SE and my computer room faces NW. I need to know the position for my bed and television in my bedroom and the position of my computer in the other room. I am a writer and artist and I need the best placement for my easel and computer forsuccess and creativity. The two rooms are divided by a closed stairwell that comes straight up with no door at the top. What areas should I use water feature, mirrors, wind chimes, or plants? What areas are most auspicious for obtaining great wealth? (As this is a desperate need in my situation!) I apologize for asking so much so soon, but this is a very urgent need.
